The flea market opens at 8 am and closes at 2 pm. 

All vendors are responsible for their own trash and cleanup and required to be off the property by 3 pm. 

The flea market is seasonal. We typically open at the end of March and go through the Sunday before Thanksgiving every year weather permitting (dates subject to change).

Day of vendors are let in at 7 am. Reserved vendors are let in at 6:30 am. We sell spots until 10 am.  

All space sizes are approximate and may vary depending on location.

Standard space: 20' x 25'

Shade space: 20' x 25'

Extra large space: 20' x 45'

Extra large spaces are especially useful for those who have trailers attached to their vehicle where they can pull straight in. They are not necessarily wider, just deeper.

 Spaces go from pole to pole and share a dealer parking lane in some instances. Dealers are responsible for being in the appropriate space and to keep the common public aisle/roadway clear meaning all items, tents, vehicles etc. must be within the assigned space.

If you are coming for just a Sunday here or there or want to try us out before reserving a space for the month, all you have to do is show up on any Sunday!

We accept CASH only at the gate. Day of vendors are let in at 7 am and are assigned a spot.  

We also have the option the reserve a spot for the full calendar month. Please contact us in advanced if you would like to set that up. We do not take reservations for random Sundays, we only reserve by the calendar month.  

Day of vendors may get into any lane EXCEPT THE FAR LEFT LANE. The far left lane is for reserved vendors only. Please be aware of the box office and the height of your vehicle as there is a clearance height. 

No, day of vendors are assigned a spot, we do not take reservations or can guarantee a specific spot. While we do our best to get people the spot they prefer, the only way to be sure that you get the same spot every week is to reserve. Vendors must set up in the spot assigned. Even if a spot appears empty, it may be reserved so therefore unavailable.  

Yes, we do allow vendors to put up tents/EZ ups as long as they are weighted down or tied down (ex. to you car) so that they do not become a risk and that they fit within reason inside of you spot. One space is the area between poles and there is a public sales aisle that must be clear at all times so a tent cannot protrude into the aisle. 

Ready to eat food (chips, baked goods, bottled beverages, made on site beverages etc. ) are not allowed at the flea market. We only allow produce or canned items such as jams or pickled vegetables. Management reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave if found selling prohibited items without refund.  

No explosives, weapons, firearms or guns of any kind including replicas, bows and/or arrows, ammunition, flammables, alcoholic beverages, pornographic materials or any item of an illegal nature may be sold, swapped or displayed. Swords and knives may be sold but must be in a display case and can only be handled by the dealer. Management reserves the right of eviction, the right to eliminate any items for sale swap or display and the right to take any action it deems necessary to provide reasonable care and protection to people and property on its premises.  

Parking is only $3 per vehicle! Cash only at the box office, 

Yes! We have one snack bar located in the indoor marketplace that is open every flea market that serves breakfast items and lunch items.

On good weather and busy days, the drive-in snack bar is open as well. 

Yes there is an ATM on site. The Mansfield Drive-in does not own the machine and is not responsible for any service interruptions. 

Yes! We do have (32" x 7') wooden tables for rent for $5 each. They are set up and taken down by Mansfield Drive-in Theatre employees.

Tables are sold first come first serve so please plan accordingly and come early if you want to ensure you get a table. They are set up in the order that they are rented at the gate. 

We only accept cash for parking and for day of vendor spots.

We accept cash and card at our snack bar.

Yes you may however depending on the size of your truck and trailer, you may be required to get an extra large spot.

Due to the high number of vendors that come through the flea market every Sunday, we do not have contact information for each and every vendor. Reserved vendors we do not give out contact information for privacy reasons. If there is a specific vendor you are trying to find, we recommend visiting the flea market again as we often have repeat vendors. 

We do allow 2 vehicles per spot however, it is dependent on the size of the vehicle and the size of the space. If you have 2 large SUVs or trucks, you may not fit in a standard spot and would then either have to get 2 standard spots or 1 xl spot. 

We only reserve vendor spots for a full calendar month. If you are interested in reserving, please call (860) 456-2578 ext. 4 or email us at least 48 hours in advanced as we cannot set up a reserved spot the morning of a flea market.
