Dealer Setup Information

OUTDOOR SETUP

OPTION 1

Set up just for the day:
Show up any Sunday at 7 AM. Our dealer office stays open until 10 AM. Sorry we can not take reservations for single day setup.

Space types:

  • Standard space | Approx. 20’x25’ | $35
  • Shade space | Approx. 20’x25’ | $40
  • Extra large space | Approx. 20’x45’ | $50

Spaces can be requested at our box office.
One space is the area between two poles. Dealers will share a common public sales aisle and a common dealer parking lane. Dealers will see that public sales lanes are kept completely clear.
Add-ons:
Table Rental | 32”x7’ | $5 each
Flea Market employees will set up and take down.

OPTION 2

Set up monthly:
This is reserved space based on the calendar month. To use this option please see management during the market or call 860-456-2578. Reservations require 48 hours advanced notice.

Space types:

  • Standard space | Approx. 20’x25’ | $30 weekly
  • Shade space | Approx. 20’x25’ | $35 weekly
  • Extra large space | Approx. 20’x45’ | $40 weekly

This option is payable monthly only.

Contract Required

INDOOR SETUP

Set up monthly:
This is reserved space based on the calendar Month. To schedule a showing for available spots please call us at (860) 456-2578 or email us at admin@mansfielddrivein.com.

Space types:

  • Low ceiling height space | Approx. 12’x12’ | $35 weekly
  • Customers are not allowed to enter your space due to town regulations.
  • Standard Indoor Space | Approx. 12’x12’ | $45 weekly
  • Extra large indoor space | Approx. 12’x16’ | $55 weekly

A $40 cleaning deposit is also due at the time of setup. This will be refunded to you when you move out and the space is clean.

Add-ons:
Table Rental | 32”x7’ | $5 per week or $4 per week if reserved monthly.

Rules & Regulations

  • No sales before 8 AM. (Town regulation)
  • No sales after 2 PM. Premises must be cleared by 3 PM.
  • No animals including pets
  • No explosives, weapons, firearms or guns of any kind including replicas, bows and/or arrows, ammunition, flammables, alcoholic beverages, pornographic materials or any item of an illegal nature may be sold, swapped or displayed. Swords and knives may be sold but must be in a display case and can only be handled by the dealer.
  • Sale of food, including baked goods, and beverages other than produce is prohibited unless cleared by marketplace management.
  • Dealers are responsible for their own trash and unsold items. If you can’t sell it, take it with you.
  • The management reserves the right of eviction, the right to eliminate any items for sale, swap or display, and the right to take any action it deems necessary to provide reasonable care and protection to people and property on its premises.

Liability Limitations

By accepting the assignment of a dealer space and payment of dealer fee, Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensee and Owner of the premises against all claims of loss or injury and damage to persons or property arising out of or in any way related to Dealer’s operations including all costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by or on account of Licensee or Owner.

Mansfield Marketplace specifically disclaims any responsibility for damages, injuries or loss to persons entering its premises, including fire, theft, breakage or collision, regardless of cause.

Other Information

Flea Market Parking: 8 AM – 2 PM, $3. Cash only at the gate. 

State Sales Tax:
This is a relationship between (You) the dealer and the state of Connecticut. We do not check or require this to set up.
